Last revised June 8, 2009

360Ed respects the privacy of its users and has adopted this privacy policy ("Policy") which details how 360Ed collects, stores, and uses information from the use of 360Ed's products.

This policy may be updated in the future. Please consult the 360Ed Burn Center™ website for the most current version before relying on any of the provisions in this privacy policy.

Collection

By using 360Ed's sites and products, users agree that 360Ed may collect and store personal information. Personal information includes the user's name, email, physical address, phone number, and any other data that personally identifies the user. For purchasing purposes, 360Ed may ask its users to provide a credit card number, a security code, a billing address, and other personal information. 360Ed may track usage statistics of its sites or products such as logged-in time or game score.

360Ed's pages may contain links to external sites that collect personal information. On such sites, the personal information collection is governed by the privacy policy of that site. Since 360Ed cannot control the activities of third parties, 360Ed shall not be responsible for any use of your personal information by such third party sites, and 360 Ed cannot guarantee that they will adhere to the same privacy and security practices as 360Ed.

360Ed does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone under 13 years of age.

Storage

360Ed stores personal information in databases hosted in the United States. The security of your personal information is important to 306Ed. 360Ed has taken reasonable steps to protect this personal information, including proper hardware setup and software installation.

In keeping with security best practices, 360Ed does not store credit card numbers.

Cookies

In order to provide some services, 360Ed requires that the user's browser or system accepts cookies - small pieces of information that track movements within web sites. For example, a user must have cookies enabled in order to log in to the Burn Center™ Members page. Cookies do not contain code - malicious or otherwise.

Use

360Ed may contact users with news and updates about its products, but only if its users agree to receive such communications. 360Ed may use submitted information to contact users for purposes of troubleshooting, but only in cases where the user gives permission or where the user contacts 360Ed about an issue.

360Ed may use and release usage statistics anonymously or in aggregate for purposes of improving its products and marketing studies. 360Ed will not release personal information except to allow third parties to perform services under contract with 360Ed. For example, 360Ed may release Burn Center™ profile data to comply with continuing education program requirements. In these cases, the third party will be bound by the terms of this privacy policy. 360Ed may, in its sole and absolute discretion, change the provisions of this Policy from time to time. Such changes shall be posted on the Site.
